LAWN CARE
Big House Rentals cuts the grass on a regular basis in compliance
with the City of Ann Arbor's Ordinances. Tenants are not expected to maintain the grounds other than picking up garbage.
SNOW REMOVAL
Big House Rentals will clear the public walks for tenants when snowfall is significant as recommended by the City of
Ann Arbor Ordinances for maintaining public walks. We will also attempt to plow lots when their is significant snowfall
and cars are not in the drive. We will also supply to each unit salt and a shovel for use when needed.
